Terms & Conditions

Citibank/ Citi Entertainment for Google Home & Google Assistant Action ("Actions") is a service offered by Citibank, N.A. ("Citi", or "CBNA") that will allow you to use your Google Assistant enabled devices to access information about Citi® Private Pass® by using your voice.

This Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Citibank and it provides the terms and conditions that apply to your use of the Action and is in addition to any other agreements you may have with us, Google, or any other third parties. This Agreement is revised periodically and it may include changes from earlier versions. By using the Action, you agree to the most recent version of this Agreement.


The following definitions apply in this Agreement except to the extent any term is separately defined elsewhere in this Agreement.

  • The words "we," "our," and "us" mean Citibank, its affiliates, successors, and assigns.
  • The words "you" and "your" means the person or person(s) that accesses or uses the Action.
  • "Service Providers" means any other third party that we have engaged to provide equipment, or other services in connection the Action.

This includes any agent, independent contractor, or subcontractor of any of the foregoing. You agree that we have the right under this Agreement to delegate to Service Providers all of the rights and performance obligations that we have under this Agreement, and that the Service Providers will be third party beneficiaries of this Agreement and will be entitled to all the rights and protections that this Agreement provides to us.


To use the Action, you must:

  • Possess an internet connected device that is compatible with Google Assistant (such as a Google Home Smart Speaker, a Google Assistant enabled phone or have the Google Assistant app)


In order to access the Citi Private Pass information via Google Assistant, you can speak one of the wake commands, such as "Hey Google, Open Citi Entertainment" or "Hey Google talk to Citi Entertainment". The Citi Action will reply with a welcome message. Once you hear that message, you may then use the Action to search for concerts and or other events that are available through Citi Private Pass.

The concert and event information provided by Google Assistant is for informational purposes only and you cannot purchase tickets or obtain complimentary tickets through this Action. If you are interested in attending a concert or event, Citi will send a link to your Google Home/ Assistant app which will link to the Ticketmaster website or other applicable website for the transaction.

In addition if you want to purchase tickets or obtain tickets to a concert or event through the Citi Private Pass program you must have a Citibank Debit Card which displays the Mastercard logo or a Citi credit card which displays the Visa, Mastercard or American Express logo.


The conversations between you and your Google Assistant enabled device will be stored within the Google Assistant app, and a transcript of all commands/responses is viewable within the Google Home or Google Assistant app and/or shared with Google per Google’s Privacy Policy.

You can always manage the information that is stored within the Google Assistant app; please consult any agreements or privacy policies you may have with Google to learn more about how Google uses your data.

All information gathered from you in connection with using the Action will be governed by the provisions of the Citibank Privacy Statement for Google Assistant which is available online.


Any commands you provide to Google Assistant, or responses you receive from Google Assistant, may be heard by others in your surrounding area. You acknowledge that any person who overhears your commands may be able to access the Action.

Make sure voice match is enabled for your Smart Speaker devices to improve your experience. You can enable voice match on your Google Assistant app.


We make every effort to ensure that the information presented via the Action is accurate. However, we do not guarantee that the information provided on your Google Assistant will always be timely or accurate.

You agree that neither we nor our Service Providers will be liable for any errors or delays in the content provided through the Action, or for any actions taken in reliance thereon.


You are responsible for and must provide all telephones, mobile devices, computers, and/or other equipment, software (other than any software provided by us), and services necessary to access the Action.


There is no fee to use the Action, but you are responsible for any and all other fees and charges that may be assessed by Google, your telephone company, wireless carrier, internet service provider, or any other third party provider you may engage.
