    1. What is Citi Entertainment®?
    Citi Entertainment is an entertainment access program available to eligible Citi® credit card and Citibank® Debit Card customers. Citi cardmembers get special access to purchase tickets to thousands of events, including presale tickets and exclusive experiences to the year's most anticipated concerts, sporting events, arts and culture experiences.
    2. Do I need to be a Citi credit card or Citibank Debit Card customer to purchase tickets or get access to events on the Citi Entertainment website?
    While anyone can view the Citi Entertainment website, you must use an eligible Citi credit card which displays the Visa or Mastercard logo or a Citibank Debit Card which displays the Mastercard logo to purchase tickets or access complimentary offers. In most instances, the Citi credit card or Citibank Debit Card account number will be verified during the purchase transaction, redemption process, or at the event.
    3. I am not a Citi customer yet. Can I still get access to the presale tickets?
    It's not too late! At this time, applicants who apply online and are approved for the Citi Custom Cash Card, Citi Rewards+, Citi Simplicity or Citi Diamond Preferred card may also request instant access to their card's temporary account details. If you are instantly approved, request instant access to your card. Please make sure to write down your temporary account details and store them in a safe place.
    4. How can I stay on top of upcoming events?
    Just visit citientertainment.com frequently to view new offers. You can also sign up for weekly Citi Entertainment emails at https://information.citi.com/citientertainmentsignup and follow Citibank on X (Twitter), Facebook and/or Instagram.
    5. Which Citi cards are eligible for Citi Entertainment?
    All Citi credit cards which display the Visa or Mastercard logo and Citibank Debit Cards which display the Mastercard logo are eligible. However, Citi Commercial Cards including Corporate and Purchasing cards are not eligible.
    6. As a Citi credit card or Citibank Debit Card customer, do I need to sign up for Citi Entertainment or login?
    There is no sign up or login to access the Citi Entertainment program, but you can sign up for weekly Citi Entertainment emails at https://information.citi.com/citientertainmentsignup to stay on top of upcoming events. You will need to use your eligible Citi credit card or Citibank Debit Card to purchase tickets.
    7. What is the passcode to purchase tickets or access complimentary passes for a Citi Entertainment event?
    In most cases (but not always), passcodes are required to access certain events. If you click on an event purchase link on citientertainment.com and you are taken to LiveNation.com or Ticketmaster.com, the passcode is the first 6 digits of your eligible Citi credit card or Citibank Debit Card unless otherwise stated. If the purchase or redemption instructions appear directly on the Citi Entertainment site and a passcode is required, the passcode will be listed in the pop up when you click on the event purchase link.
    8. I am getting an error message when I enter my passcode in the “Offer Code” box. What can I do?
    • Confirm that the presale has started. This information is typically listed on the Citi Entertainment event page and on the event ticketing page. A presale code will only work during the specific presale period.
    • Confirm that you are using the correct passcode for the offer. This information is typically located on the Citi Entertainment event page and on the event ticketing page.
    • If you are getting the message “No Tickets Currently Available,” it means that there are zero tickets available based on your search criteria. For very popular presales, when there is a high volume of traffic going to the ticketing site, you may receive this message because tickets are held while users search and review tickets. If this is the case, you can keep refreshing the page as tickets may become available if they are released back into the system for sale.
    • Error messages may vary by ticketing platform. Additional information and resources may be available on the ticketing platform's website.
    9. What should I do if I receive 5005 Error on the Ticketmaster or Live Nation site when attempting to purchase tickets?
    If you are receiving the 5005 Error on the Ticketmaster or Live Nation site when attempting to purchase tickets, please call the number on the back of your eligible Citi credit card or Citibank Debit Card to verify your identity and then proceed with your purchase
    10. Is there a fee to access the Citi Entertainment program?
    There is no fee to access the Citi Entertainment program. Citi Entertainment is a benefit available to eligible Citi credit card and Citibank Debit Card customers. Please note that if you purchase tickets to any of the events or experiences there may be a fee associated with your ticket purchase charged by the ticketing agency.
    11. Is there an extra fee or charge per ticket when purchasing tickets via Citi Entertainment?
    Citi does not charge you a fee for purchasing tickets via the Citi Entertainment site. However, the ticketing agency that processes your ticket purchase may charge standard processing and/or shipping & handling fees.
    12. What is a Citi Presale?
    A Citi Presale provides eligible Citi credit card or Citibank Debit Card customers with the opportunity to purchase tickets to a specific concert tour or other event for a limited time before the tickets become available to the general public (e.g. public on-sale). Typically, the presale period is 2-3 days prior to sale to the public, but can vary.
    13. What are Citi Preferred Tickets?
    Citi Preferred Tickets are an allotment of tickets that have been set aside just for eligible Citi credit card or Citibank Debit Card customers. These tickets are made available for a limited period of time during the general public on-sale and can only be purchased by using a Citi credit card or Citibank Debit Card.
    14. What are Citi Complimentary Tickets?
    Eligible Citi credit card or Citibank Debit Card customers can reserve Complimentary Tickets for special events and experiences through Citi Entertainment. Please note that Complimentary Tickets are available on a first come, first served basis, and ticket availability may be very limited. A maximum of one (1) complimentary offer per account can be redeemed every six (6) months. Please carefully read the details of the offer, as additional limitations may apply.
    15. What is a Citi VIP Package?
    A Citi VIP Package is a ticket package that includes an additional benefit for eligible Citi credit card and Citibank Debit Card customers. The additional benefit may be premium seating, artist merchandise, a meet & greet with the artist, special access to hospitality areas within the venue or any combination of these benefits. Please carefully read the description of the VIP package before you purchase. Types of VIP packages vary by event.
    16. Is there a limit to the number of concert tickets a Citi credit card or Citibank Debit Card customer can purchase?

    17. Are some events or experiences only available to certain types of Citi cards?
    Some events and experiences are only available to certain cardmembers based on the type of Citi card they have.
    18. What is Ticketmaster Verified Fan? Do all Citi Presales use Ticketmaster Verified Fan?
    • Ticketmaster Verified Fan was designed to separate actual human fans from bots.
    • Select tours/events use Verified Fan, which is a ticketing mechanism. If an event is using Verified Fan, it will be noted on the event page.
    • Fans register ahead of time, and those who are verified and selected receive a code that unlocks the opportunity to purchase tickets.
    • Registering does NOT guarantee you will be verified, receive a code or have the ability to purchase tickets.
    19. I am having trouble purchasing tickets to one of the offers from Citi Entertainment. Who can I contact for help?
    For assistance, call the number provided on the event page. If there is no phone number listed, send us a private message @Citibank on X (Twitter) or "Citibank US" on Facebook or call the customer service number on the back of your card.
    20. What happens if my event was postponed or rescheduled?
    In most cases, you will be notified through the point of purchase or RSVP if your event has been postponed or rescheduled. Unless otherwise noted, your tickets will be valid at the new event date.
    21. What happens if my event was cancelled?
    You will be notified through the point of purchase or RSVP if your event has been cancelled. For purchased events, in most cases, you will be automatically refunded through the point of purchase. Please see the cancellation policy for your event for specific details. For complimentary events, cancelled events would not count towards your limit to redeem future complimentary events.
    22. Are there any COVID-19 guidelines for events promoted through Citi Entertainment?
    Citi encourages observance of all health and safety guidelines, including those from the particular venue where the event will occur and CDC recommendations such as getting vaccinations, conducting rapid COVID-19 testing, wearing a mask, maintaining social distancing and practicing good hand washing hygiene.
