The webinar will feature wine from Peachy Canyon Winery, located in beautiful Paso Robles on California’s Central Coast and cheese from Saxelby Cheesemongers, purveyor of charcuterie and fine cheese in NYC. The event will be hosted by New York Wine Events founder, Sam Kimball, who will engage Jake and Josh Beckett, the founding family and winemakers of Peachy Canyon and Anne Saxelby, founder of Saxelby Cheesemongers in an educational conversation around wines and artisanal food pairing.

    Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions throughout the experience as this talented group of experts shares their personal stories of their business, educational facts on how to store and preserve wine, tips on pairing the right wine with a particular charcuterie or cheese spread, and other great insights just as if the cardmember was there in person.     1. Kunik: a dreamy mold-ripened goats' milk cheese spiked with fresh Jersey cream in the Adirondack Mountains at Nettle Meadow Farm.
    2. Reading Raclette: An alpine-style cheese from Spring Brook Farm, Reading Raclette is a semi-firm wheel of raw cows' milk cheese that is washed with saltwater brine as it matures to the tender age of 3-4 months.
    3. Cave Aged Cheddar: A delicious, award-winning cave-aged cheddar from the Cellars at Jasper Hill Farm and Cabot Creamery, the people who created Cabot Clothbound Cheddar! These blocks are aged in the Cellars at Jasper Hill farm until sharp, mature and delicious.
