Nancy Silverton is a celebrated American chef, restaurateur, author, and baker. She is the co-owner of the Mozza Restaurant Group which consists of nine locations worldwide, including Michelin-starred Osteria Mozza in Los Angeles. Nancy was the recipient of the Outstanding Pastry Chef Award from the James Beard Foundation and received the highest honor given by the James Beard Foundation for “Outstanding Chef.” She has also been listed as one of the Most Innovative Women in Food & Drink by both Fortune and Food and Wine magazines and has been profiled in Netflix’s award-winning docuseries Chef’s Table.
