There are two ways to access Citi VIP Club preferred pricing:

When purchasing Citi Presale or Preferred tickets:

1. Unlock Citi Presale or Preferred tickets on the ticket selection page
2. Select Citi tickets and proceed to checkout
3. In ‘Event Extras’ section, add discounted access upgrades under Citi cardmember Offer
4. Complete purchase with your valid Citi® credit card or Citibank® Mastercard® Debit Card.

After show tickets have already been purchased:

1. Search livenation.com for the show for which you already have tickets
2. Hover over the event and click “More Info”
3. Click the “+” sign next to “Upgrades”
4. Click “Buy Upgrade” next to “Citi VIP Club Access (this is NOT a concert ticket)” to be redirected to the upgrade selection page
5. Click “View Offers” next to “Citi Cardmembers”
6. Unlock access with the first 6 digits of your Citi® credit card or Citibank Debit Mastercard® account number (no dashes)
7. Proceed to checkout and complete purchase with your valid Citi® credit card or Citibank® Mastercard® Debit Card
