What is a Plan Fee?

Your Plan Fee is the fixed fee you’ll pay each month while you have an active Citi® Flex Pay. You’ll be able to review your monthly and total Plan Fees before submitting a Citi® Flex Pay. You will not be charged interest on a purchase once it is converted into a plan. There is no pre-payment penalty.
This Plan Fee is calculated based on the plan duration, the APR that would otherwise apply to the Transaction and other factors.

Will I need to pay interest on a Citi® Flex Pay?

No. You will not be charged interest on a purchase once it is converted into a plan. Instead, you'll be charged a fixed monthly fee for the duration of your plan.

Do I need to make a separate payment for my Citi® Flex Pay?

No. Your Citi® Flex Pay monthly payment will be added to the Minimum Payment Due each billing cycle until paid in full. You do not need to make any separate payments for your Citi® Flex Pay.

Can I pay off a Citi® Flex Pay early, and will there be a penalty for doing so?

There is no pre-payment penalty for Citi® Flex Pay. You can always pay off your Citi® Flex Pay early by paying your account balance in full.

If received a refund for my event purchase, how do I apply the credit towards my Flex Pay balance?

A merchant refund to your Account will post to your Account as a credit. If you would like to apply the credit to your remaining Flex Pay balance, please call the number on the back of your card.

Where can I see the details of my Citi® Flex Pay?

You can view the details of your Citi® Flex Pay in your Citi® Flex Plan Summary located in your Citi® online account, the Citi® Mobile App or by reviewing your billing statement.

Will I still earn rewards for my purchase?

Yes. If you have a Citi® credit card that earns points, miles, cash back or rebates, you will earn them on your original purchase as you normally would.

You must use a Citi credit card which displays the Mastercard logo to take advantage of any ticket offer. Tickets are subject to availability and ticket orders may be subject to a service charge. Ticket limit per account and age requirements vary by event. By responding to an offer, you will be disclosing all the information requested to a company outside the Citigroup family of companies. Citi is not responsible for products or services offered by other companies.
To use Citi Flex Pay on an eligible purchase, your account must be current, under the credit limit, and have the applicable Citi Flex Pay terms. Other factors may apply.
The total purchase amount will be deducted from your available credit.
Your Citi Flex Pay monthly payment will be added to the Minimum Payment Due each billing cycle until paid in full.
AutoPay. If your account is enrolled in AutoPay and set to pay your Last Statement Balance this will pay off any Citi Flex Pay for purchases that appeared on your most recent statement unless you change your AutoPay settings.
You can always pay off your Citi Flex Pay early by paying your account balance in full.
Splitting Purchases. If you’ve used Citi® Flex Pay for multiple items in your order and these purchases are processed during different billing periods, they will be split into separate Citi Flex Pays based on the billing period in which they post. If this happens, the total monthly payments and Plan Fees for all Citi Flex Pays processed for this order will not exceed what was disclosed and will require the same number of monthly payments that was selected.
When Purchases Are Not Processed as a Citi Flex Pay. If we are unable to set up a Citi Flex Pay as requested, we will notify you, and the purchase amount will be added to your purchase balance on the date it posts to your account. If the purchase posts for a higher amount, your Citi Flex Pay will be set up for the amount you requested, and the remainder of the purchase will be added to the purchase balance on the date it posts to your account. In either case, when an amount is added to your purchase balance, it will be subject to the applicable APR for purchases. If your purchase posts for a lower amount, your Citi Flex Pay will be set up with a lower amount, monthly payment, and Plan Fee.
